Who we are
Infinity CRM is the business system Infinity Home Remodeling, Inc. (“Infinity”, “we”) uses to run its home-remodeling work: leads and appointments, estimates and proposals, contracts, production, invoices and payments. It is used by Infinity's own employees. Our customers and subcontractors don't have accounts; they only see what we send them through private links (for example a proposal, a payment page, or a project portal).
What we keep
- Customers and leads: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, how you heard about us, and notes about your project.
- Your project: measurements, photos, estimates, proposals, contracts and signatures, change orders, schedules, warranties, and service requests.
- Payments: invoices and the payments recorded against them. Card and bank details entered for an online payment are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card or bank-account numbers.
- Messages: calls, texts, emails, and voicemails we log about your project.
- Subcontractors: company and contact details, insurance and licensing records, and the work assigned.
- Our staff: name, email, role, and sign-in history (for security).
How we use it
Only to provide and support our remodeling services: to prepare estimates and contracts, schedule and complete the work, bill and record payments, keep our accounting, honor warranties, and keep records the law requires. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising. The app doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers; it uses only the cookies needed to keep staff signed in.
Services that help us run it
We use these providers, each only for its part of the work. Some are switched on only when we choose to use them.
- Supabase — the app's database and file storage.
- Vercel — hosts the app.
- Google Workspace — our business email (messages we send and receive about your project).
- Google Maps — address suggestions while staff type an address.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online — our accounting. When connected, the app sends QuickBooks the customers, invoices, and payments it needs to record, and reads the accounts and products/services needed to record them.
- Stripe — online card and bank payments, only when we turn online payments on.
- Twilio — text messages, only when we turn texting on.
- Anthropic — optional help reading unclear voicemail transcripts, only if we turn it on.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or with our own advisers (such as our accountant or attorney) when needed.
QuickBooks
Infinity CRM connects only to Infinity's own QuickBooks Online company, after an Infinity owner or administrator approves the connection on Intuit's sign-in page. The connection's access keys are stored encrypted. Information is sent to QuickBooks only when a person at Infinity starts the sync. Disconnecting QuickBooks from the app's QuickBooks page revokes the app's access at Intuit and removes the stored keys.
Security
Only signed-in Infinity staff can open the app, and each person sees only what their role allows. Customer and subcontractor links are private and can be turned off, and most expire. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we keep.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your project, its warranties, and our legal, tax, and accounting records. When a record is no longer needed, we archive or delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we keep about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we aren't required to keep. You can tell us to stop texting or emailing you about anything other than your active project. Contact us below.
