About these terms

These terms cover Infinity CRM, the business system owned and operated by Infinity Home Remodeling, Inc. (“Infinity”, “we”), and the private pages it sends to customers and subcontractors. They are also the end-user license agreement for the app. By using the app or a link we send you, you agree to them.

Who may use the app

The app is for Infinity's own employees, each with an account we create. Your account is for you alone: keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may change what a role can do, or turn an account off, at any time.

Customers and subcontractors use only the private links we send them (for example a proposal, a payment page, or a project portal). Please don't share those links; anyone with the link can open the page until it's turned off or expires.

Use it properly

• Use the app only for Infinity's business, and only the information your work needs.
• Don't try to get around its security, reach another person's information, or disrupt it.
• Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

Your project documents

Estimates, proposals, and invoices you see through a link are offers and records of your project with Infinity. A contract is binding only when it is signed as the contract itself says. Anything marked “test” or “preview” is not binding. Financing amounts shown are illustrations only; financing is subject to the lender's approval.

Payments

Online payments, when offered, are processed by our payment processor under its own terms. A payment is recorded against your invoice once the processor confirms it.

Connected services

The app can connect to services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Stripe, and Twilio. Each is provided under its own terms, and only Infinity owners or administrators can connect or disconnect them. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared with each.

No warranty; limits

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Infinity isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app or its links. Nothing here limits the warranties in your contract with Infinity or any rights the law gives you.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
